PRODUCTS

 

All products are checked before shipping, so that you receive a product without details and in conformity.

We are not responsible for shipping with external agencies/companies, so the customer/receiver is requested to check before signing the order for conformity of such delivery/product.

If the product does not meet your needs/expectations, you may return it within 48hrs after it has left our offices, as long as it has not been handled/used.   The return must be complete with all its accessories in good condition (box, packaging, cables, manuals, etc.), plus your receipt and/or invoice as appropriate.

If you only purchase the product without installation, the warranty will be limited and restricted according to quality and warranty policies (Authorized Technician, CChRyC Partner, CIE, among others).

The offers with installation included are only with basic installations, without accessories, without extensions, without modifications, without any type of extra that is required in such installation, or otherwise it does not enter in the value of offer established in our catalogs, e-commerce, social networks, or others where such offers with installations included can be advertised.

 

TECHNICAL VISIT

 

This service consists of sending a specialist to your home during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:30hrs, except holidays) according to schedule, to see what the problem is with your HVAC equipment (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), whether boiler, thermostat, radiators, radiant slab, hot water, air conditioning, among others.

 

This technical visit includes;

- Mobilization

- Professional/specialist

- Your tools/instruments

- Respective advice

- Technical service for minor repairs that can be done in a maximum time of 30/45 minutes.

 

The intention and purpose of this service is to solve the customer's problem, but there is a possibility that the problem is bigger, which will lead to a later quote, including maintenance, spare parts and / or labor as needed.

This technical visit does not include maintenance, spare parts and/or labor.  The value of the technical visit is immovable.

ADVICE

 

We have a team of technical specialists and engineers, who can give advice in our offices, as well as in the field, according to the needs of each project/client respectively.   This service should be quoted according to explicit needs.   If you do not have technical knowledge, we suggest a technical visit before making an explicit advice to your needs and / or projects.

PROJECTS

 

Elaboration of projects according to requirements and needs, both in Climatization-HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and Electricity-BT, which additionally we see systems of Sanitary Hot Water, Solar Panels, Gas and Energy Efficiency.  This service should be quoted according to explicit needs.   If you do not have technical knowledge, we suggest a technical visit before making a project.

 

INSTALLATIONS & ASSEMBLIES

INSTALLATIONS

- Installations (new):

Includes supply, assembly/installation and respective commissioning according to your requirements and pre-established details (heating, boiler, thermostats, air conditioning, others). It is always suggested to make a technical visit to see ground and everything you have in relation to the installation.

 

- Installations (replacement):

Includes supply, assembly/installation and respective commissioning according to your requirements and pre-established details (heating, boiler, thermostats, air conditioning, others). Replacement means that an equipment/product is already installed, and that in its absence it is bad, old and/or with malfunctioning defects, so it is required to replace it with a new product of equal or similar characteristics.   It does not include modifications, nor extras, nor additional in change of positions, or others in relation.   If there is no technical visit before the replacement, we are not responsible for any extras that the new equipment to be installed may need.

 

ASSEMBLY

 

Refers to the customer's knowledge and/or technical expertise, and only requires assembly without commissioning.

The customer may or may not supply the equipment, but these are not covered by the warranty of the installation company, and should be checked directly with the supplier (purchase). If this is the case, the product and service should be purchased separately from the same company (CLIMAPOWER).

 

GENERAL

When performing/contracting the whole integral service (supply + assembly/installation + commissioning), our warranty is for product and service respectively. This service must be quoted according to explicit needs, with the exception of the offers with installation included, which are basic installations without accessories, without additional, without extras.   If you do not have technical knowledge, we suggest a technical visit before placing an order without technical information and Ad-Hoc to your needs.

 

 

MAINTENANCES

There are 3 types of maintenance;

Preventive: They must be performed every year.   Minimum one (1) time per year natural person (House/Department).   At least three (3) times a year for companies.    The equipment must be working and without failures/errors.

Predictive: A maintenance plan is made, with change of parts, before they fail.   Continuous operation.   Maintenance plan.

Corrective: Parts must be changed when they fail... directly linked to Technical Service after a Technical Visit and/or Preventive Maintenance.

 

TECHNICAL SERVICE

This service is directly related after a Technical Visit and/or Preventive Maintenance, because with the details of the services previously indicated, there will be a record of the problems, where the spare parts will be taken to make the respective improvement.   This service should be quoted according to explicit needs, after a Technical Visit and/or Preventive Maintenance.   We are not responsible for service requests by third party diagnostics, whether technicians, professionals and/or companies.
