SERVICE WARRANTIES

 

The warranty provided by CLIMAPOWER Limited to its customers, is intended to cover damages or manufacturing defects, from the billing issue period, up to three (3), six (6) and/or twelve (12) calendar months as appropriate.

CLIMAPOWER Limitada provides two types of warranty:

- Of products

- Of services

The Warranty will be valid to attend the repair of the appliance, in case its defect has been produced by deficiencies of material, parts, pieces, components or any other fault attributable to CLIMAPOWER.

Damages caused by a fact attributable to the consumer, by the incorrect installation of the product to the energy network, mistreatment, by accidents produced after the delivery, ignorance and disobedience to the instructions of use or maintenance, and inappropriate uses are excluded from the guarantee.

In case the appliance has been damaged without CLIMAPOWER's responsibility, it will not be repaired unless the client accepts to pay previously its cost and/or the technical visit, as the case may be.   Without prejudice to the above, the Technical Service (internal/external) may, by mere will, without subsequent responsibility and when deemed convenient, repair free of charge the damaged appliance in the aforementioned case, which shall be stated in the corresponding delivery guide.

The Warranty attached to each CLIMAPOWER product constitutes the warranty referred to in the Sixth paragraph of article 21 of Law 19.496, therefore, in order to exercise the rights of article 20 of the same law, the consumer must previously make it effective.

The product warranty depends on each supplier. The service warranty will contemplate the proper functioning of the equipment, during the period that the maintenance is executed respectively, as long as there is no major malfunction and beyond our reach, such as electrical equipment and / or electronic burned that depend on a power supply (ELECTRICITY) by electric company and / or customer.

 

Documents to validate your warranties.

- Require registration stamp/sticker with the respective data.

- Demand OT (Work Order) that is delivered in each service/visit performed.

- Ask for a receipt/invoice (Transbank Voucher is a receipt).

 

NOTE: It is possible that, by performing preventive maintenance, later there may be details and/or failures of other components, since by performing the maintenance properly, the equipment works at its maximum functionality and can definitely deteriorate products that have been weakened.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

 

In case the appliance has been damaged without CLIMAPOWER's responsibility, it will not be repaired unless the client accepts to pay previously its cost and/or the technical visit as it corresponds.   Without prejudice to the above, the Technical Service (internal/external) may, by mere will, without subsequent responsibility and when deemed convenient, repair free of charge the damaged appliance in the aforementioned case, which shall be consigned in the corresponding delivery guide. In the case of our company, CLIMAPOWER has a 3-month guarantee for NEW products.

 

The Guarantee attached to each CLIMAPOWER product, constitutes the guarantee referred to in the Sixth paragraph of article 21 of Law 19.496, therefore, in order to exercise the rights of article 20 of the same law, the consumer must make it effective previously.

 

 

RECOMMENDATIONS

 

- Maintenance extends the useful life of the equipment and the continuity of services.

- It is recommended to perform AT LEAST one maintenance per year for natural persons (houses/apartments), however, the optimum is to perform TWO maintenances per year.

- It is recommended to perform a MINIMUM of three maintenance per year for companies, however, the optimum is to perform FOUR maintenance per year.

- It is suggested to perform a visual inspection of the equipment, that there are no faults/errors, strange sounds, signs that something is wrong, etc. If you do not feel capable of performing a sporadic inspection of your equipment, please contact us for a Technical Visit as required.

The user declares to have read and fully understood the terms and conditions set forth above, and hereby expressly agrees and accepts them.
